    Lantern Shell, Marine, Native - Non-endemic, Right valve inflated, left valve almost flat
    Northern and south-western North Island, and South, Stewart, Auckland and Chatham Islands. Below low tide in soft or sandy mud. Also South Australia, New South Wales and Tasmania
