Wanganella, Middlesex and King Banks, Three Kings Islands, north-eastern and southern North Island and Chatham Rise. Also central Pacific, New South Wales, from 91-1216m

  • 260 metres, off Three Kings Islands, NZ, (type of maoria Powell, 1937)
  • 100-120 metres, Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, (type of stylasteris Hedley, 1903)
